folkestone sky (2)

There are no hero’s out tonight, the last one took the late night flight
Above the clouds, under the moon, and down below the next typhoon

Tomorrow’s not another day, tomorrow I start again – OK?
I dreamed of some place far away, where time stands still and echoes betray

What’s not made of hate is beautiful, what’s made of love is often cruel
I don’t need this hassle anymore, locked in behind an unlocked door

In the shadows of last year’s sad song, I wondered where it all went wrong
It’s easy when with words unsaid, on broken glass, barefoot I tread

A good time for a song. It’s called ‘Shadow On The Wall’ from my Devil’s Kiss album. I hope you enjoy;

    1. Thanks Yasmin. Whether it’s one to one or mass to mass everything that’s wrong or goes wrong is all down to mankind. I might get a song out of this one day. Have a great day ~ George

    1. Thanks Anne. That’s kind of you to say. It’s a case of getting words together for an eventual lyric. All I need right now is melody creativity to return. The lockdown hasn’t been creativity heaven. Thanks again ~ George
